IsnHosting Terms and Conditions

IsnHosting Web Design and Shared Hosting Agreement

By creating an account with IsnHosting, the customer accepts the terms and conditions  of service stipulated in this agreement by the service provider known as IsnHosting.

First, the client agrees to use IsnHosting as a service provider.

Secondly, the client agrees that IsnHosting will design the client's website in WordPress within 7 days in the case of an entrepreneur website, 15 days in the case of a business website, or 4 weeks in the  case of a corporate website.

Thirdly, the client agrees to pay the total price of the Website Design service to IsnHosting, the price will depend on the Website requested,  which may be an Entrepreneur Website, a Business Website or a Corporate Website.

Fourth, the client agrees to pay for the full 12 months of the Shared Hosting service to IsnHosting, the price will depend on the Shared Hosting requested, which can be Entrepreneur Shared Hosting, Business Shared Hosting or Corporate Shared Hosting.

Fifth, the client agrees to pay for the Shared Hosting service on their billing date, being reminded one week before the due date.

Sixth, in the event of non-payment by the client, the data will be deleted 30 days after the payment date if the payment has not been made.

Seventh, the client accepts that in case of paying for the Shared Hosting service after the established due date, the client will have to pay a penalty of 15% based on the Shared Hosting service contracted plus the Shared Hosting service, this will depend on the Shared Hosting  contracted by the client.

Eighth, the client accepts that IsnHosting's servers are located outside of Mexico and/or Canada, specifically in Munich, Germany, on the European continent.

Ninth, the client agrees that the Website and Data will be stored outside of Mexico, specifically in Munich, Germany, on the European continent.

Tenth, the client agrees that their personal and/or business data will be stored outside of Mexico and/or Canada, specifically in Munich, Germany, on the European continent.

Eleventh, the client agrees that if they store customer data on the Website, they will have a privacy policy displayed on the Website. IsnHosting can help them draft a legal document on the platform, but this cost will have to be covered by the client.

Twelfth, IsnHosting commits to providing the first 12 months of maintenance service to the Designed Website at no additional cost.

Thirteenth, the customer agrees that after the first 12 months of service, if any updates to the Website are required, the customer will pay $25 CAD per hour for Website maintenance.

Fourteenth, the client agrees that IsnHosting may collect and store data for analytical purposes of the Website and the Shared Hosting account.

Fifteenth, the client agrees that IsnHosting may share the data collected for analytical purposes of the website and the shared hosting account with Google.

Sixteenth, the client agrees that IsnHosting backups such as Websites, Shared Hosting accounts, personal and business data  will be stored on Google and Microsoft servers located outside of Mexico/or Canada.

Seventeenth, IsnHosting undertakes to maintain backups of the Website and the Shared Hosting account.

Eighteenth, IsnHosting is committed to keeping its servers up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates.

Nineteenth, IsnHosting is committed to keeping its customers' data safe on its servers.
