Terms of Service (ToS)

Governing Law: Ontario, Canada

1. Scope of Services

isnhosting.net provides web design, shared hosting, SaaS hosting, Linux containers, survey platforms, and AI/chatbot agent development.

2. Invoicing and Currencies

  1. Currencies: We accept CAD, USD and MXN.
  2. Taxes: Ontario residents are subject to 13 % HST.

3. Late payment and automatic suspension

To maintain infrastructure performance, the following suspension schedule is strictly enforced:

  1. Linux containers: Suspended 24 hours after the due date.
  2. AI agents and chatbots: API access disabled 48 hours after the due date.
  3. Shared/SaaS hosting: Service disabled 3 days after due date. Data purged after 30 days.

4. Legal notice on ethics and responsibility in AI

  1. Inaccuracy: AI is an evolving technology. isnhosting.net is not responsible for "hallucinations," mis exits, or actions performed by autonomous agents.
  2. Customer audit: The customer is responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated content prior to public deployment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by Customer for services in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

6. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any legal proceedings shall be held exclusively in the courts of Sarnia or London, Ontario.
